Get FREE Access To If I Had $50K to Invest in 2026, Here’s Exactly What I’d Do

Is your money working as hard as you are?

Or is it sitting in savings while you figure out the "right" move?

Most people think there are only 2 options. Leave it in the bank or buy a rental.

I tried the rental. It cost me $12,000 to get in.

Then the tenants paid late and the maintenance calls never stopped. That deal made me a landlord, and I wanted to be an investor.

So I changed how I invest, and I wrote down exactly what I'd do with $50K now.

In this FREE Guide, you'll get:

  • Why I'd skip rentals in today's market, and what they really cost you in time

  • Exactly how I'd split $50K across 1 or 2 vetted deals

  • How to go from landlord to lender and invest like a bank

  • The strategies I use now to put capital to work across different deal types

No tenants or toilets. Just a clear plan for your money.

This guide is for you if:

  • Your money is sitting in savings and you know it could be doing more

  • You've thought about buying a rental but you don't want a second job

  • You want your money to grow without giving away your peace

  • You're ready for a real plan

Hey, we're Yasha and Arthur

We're the husband and wife team behind Blueprint Industrial Capital.

Yasha Wells

General Partner and Director of Investor Relations

I've been a licensed real estate agent since 2014. I've sold 120 homes and owned my own brokerage, working in residential sales and new construction development. I also ran 30 short term rentals, using creative finance to get into deals. So yes, I know the landlord life. I don't want it anymore. Now I'm a General Partner at Blueprint, and I've raised $11M from investors in the last 12 months. I'm the one answering your questions and walking you through every deal.

I also host Company Worth Keeping, a dinner series for women building wealth in Northeast Florida.
